12. CAUSES FOR TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
You may cancel agreements and contracts signed with GCFIT INNER CIRCLE at any time before midnight on the third day after making the first payment. To cancel agreements, contact customer support at GCFIT INNER CIRCLE. The notice must indicate that you are canceling the agreement or use similar wording.
In the case of a claim or dispute, you will first engage with us in good faith, and both parties agree to attempt to reach an agreement through dialogue and to a mutually satisfactory resolution before making a formal claim. You must send a written description of your claim via email to [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may file a claim with a court, which will be decided by a duly appointed judge, but neither you nor we will have the right to present claims before a jury or have a jury trial. You waive and exclude claims and remedies sought as part of a class action, private attorney general, or any other voluntary legal action in your participation in the program, and both parties agree that relief can only be granted individually (non-class, non-representative). Each party waives any objection, irrevocably agrees, and submits to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts mentioned, which will be the only ones with competence and jurisdiction to resolve the conflict, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that might correspond to the domicile of the parties, without being able to object. The parties agree to pay their own fees, costs, and expenses, including those of lawyers, experts, discovery, and witnesses.

The following will be causes for termination of the contract:
Falsification, in whole or in part, of the data provided during the contracting process of any service.
Altering, bypassing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or in any way altering the security technology provided by GCFIT INNER CIRCLE.
Cases of abuse of support services by requesting more hours than those specified in the contract.
False and unfounded opinions with the intention of discrediting the provider of the purchased products or services.
Any breach of the conditions outlined in these terms.
Termination implies the loss of your rights to the contracted service.
